(Tokyo, Japan) Looking for an Assistant Director of Finance for a 5 star luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As Assistant Director of Finance, you will be responsible to assist Director of Finance to oversee all financial activities for the company. 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Assist Director of Finance to maintain all accounting records of the hotel in the manner prescribed. 
• Improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
• Analyzes differences between actual budget wages and forecasted wages for more efficient budget planning.
• Ensures a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability.
• Ensures the administration of established credit and collection policies which is the Manager’s responsibility, may also be delegated to the Director of Finance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
